Do antibiotics interfere with blood tests? How many days after stopping azithral can I get tested for HIV, Syphilis, HSV 1&2, Chlamydia, Hep B&C?

I am having this night fall problem since last year. I have this problem every day or sometimes 3 times in a day, the same thing happened last year but it has reduced in the last months, now it has increased for the again, my mental state has become very bad. Stress has also started causing weakness too.  last year  and starting of this year due to stress and depression i started smoking for about 6 months now I  don't.
