Does TPHA value remain positive even after treatment for syphilis? I took a test in which RPR is negative, but TPHA is 1:160. I had taken 3 penicillin shots in 2018 for my infection. Now the test shows this value. Am I infected again?

It's been 6 years of my marriage, i have a baby girl of 4 years now. since the birth of my daughter my wife is not interested in physical relationship. some time here and there she allow me but mostly she denied. she says m not feeling anything to do. earlier i thought it's normal, but now she is in complete denials. she has just overcome with TB disease. she is 24 years old. She always worry her weight as she is under weight (41kg) kindly suggest me. what should I do?

My IgG reports of hsv are negative And IgM are just equivocal of genital herpes!! My value is - 0.8 And equivocal value is (0.81 to 1.10)(I have given sample after 14 days of exposure) Symptoms: no symptoms just have tincking sensation and frequent urination and swollen lymph nodes of groin area , redness in urethra  But my Dr. Said it's bacterial infection not herpes because herpes is very painful and getting fine after his medicine!!
