Testosterone level
Doctor I have hypertension and For Hypertension I am taking Telmisartan 40 mg in the morning and Met XL 50 mg(Metoprolol Succinate Extended release tablet 50 mg) at night. I have mild prostate enlargement with normal echotexure, Recently, I have checked my ttestosterone level and it is 372 ng/dl, is it low? How I will increase it?

Do daily exercise, walking , running ..Ear healthy vegetables along with Kegel exercise and testosterone level will increase definitely if u r having a healthy lifestyle like no alcohol , smoking, good sleep pattern
