My testosterone level is 262 ng /ml . My age is 30 male . Is this level okay or not ? Please explain in details . What's best time for this test and should I have anythng before Test ??

Hello,
Your testosterone levels are low. It should be 300 ng/ ml or more. The highest level is in the morning hours.
