Lower testosterone levels
I was suffering from low libido, very fewer morning erections and weaker erections. So I got few blood tests done! total testosterone test= 284 ng/dl I also got my prolactin hormone test done! And it was 10.48 ng/ml What should be my next approach as I'm just 26 yrs old! How can I improve my situation! I don't want to engage in TRT! Also is it possible to increase my Testosterone levels to 500 ng/dl?

It seems to be harmonal deficiency leading to decreased libido and other psychosexual problems. It needs to be treated asap otherwise it may get complicated and can affect your personal and sexual life. It needs to be treated in a holistic approach for complete recovery. It can be well treated with counseling sessions and homeopathic medicine effectively and without any side effects. Homeopathic medicine would be a good solution against allopathic TRT. You need an expert Sexologist who is a good homeopathic physician and psychologist.

Your total testosterone of 284 ng/dL is in the low or borderline-low range, especially for a 26-year-old man, while your prolactin level of 10.48 ng/mL is within the normal range. Since you are experiencing low libido, reduced morning erections, and weaker erections, these symptoms should be evaluated further rather than starting treatment based on a single testosterone result. A single testosterone value is not enough to diagnose testosterone deficiency because testosterone levels fluctuate from day to day and are influenced by sleep, stress, illness, obesity, and physical activity. The encouraging part is that many young men improve without Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) once the underlying cause is identified and addressed.

Health Tips
Many men can improve their testosterone naturally by: Achieving and maintaining a healthy body weight. Doing regular strength training and aerobic exercise. Sleeping 7–9 hours every night. Managing stress. Eating a balanced diet with adequate protein and healthy fats. Avoiding smoking, recreational drugs, and excessive alcohol. Whether your testosterone can increase to 500 ng/dL depends on the underlying cause. If the low level is related to reversible factors such as obesity, poor sleep, stress, or lifestyle, significant improvement is often possible without TRT. The priority is to identify and correct those factors first, rather than focusing on achieving a specific number. Thank you

Your total testosterone (284 ng/dL) is borderline low for your age. while your prolactin is normal. A single testosterone measurement is not sufficient to diagnose testosterone deficiency. Further evaluation is recommended before considering any treatment, especially if you wish to avoid TRT. To reach on perfect diagnose as doctor need your proper medical history than we treat it accordingly. Without knowing medical history of a patient a doctor cant able to provide a better/perfect treatment. I advice some tip for you according to your complaint Plz follow them, contact me if you have any query.
Next Steps
Repeat total testosterone on 2 separate mornings (7–10 AM) in a fasting state. if it still on the borderline thn Consult an endocrinologist or urologist/andrologist for a complete hormonal evaluation.
Health Tips
Lifestyle measures (may improve testosterone naturally) Sleep 7–9 hours every night. Lose excess body fat if overweight. Perform regular resistance training and anerobic exercise atleast  (3–5 days/week). Eat adequate protein, healthy fats, zinc and vitamin D-rich foods. Reduce stress and avoid excessive alcohol, smoking and recreational drugs. Review medications that may lower testosterone (e.g opioids, anabolic steroids, some antidepressants). without TRT it is possible to increase testosterone but in some men, particularly if the low level is due to obesity, poor sleep, stress, illness, nutritional deficiencies.
