Why get less eraction after work out
If I skip gym for 1 week my eraction is getting better but i back to gym I noticed my eraction getting low. Why happen this ???

Listen don't take protein powder or other supplements and regarding your erection, suppose you done too much exercise definitely you will get tired and results in low Erection whenever u r not doing gym your body relax and you r getting Erection, it means dont do gym at extent level that your body becomes tired
