Hi.. Oligoasthenoteratozoospermia is nothing but decrease in the number , motility and abnormal morphology of sperms. The reasons for which could be use of medications like antihypertensive, antidepressants, Steroids, genetic conditions, hormonal imbalance, any testicular surgeries, infections etc. Need further history to exactly determine what is the cause in your case.
