I have 2-3 small lumps in my armpit since last week . they are slightly painful on touching. I find relief by applying move, voltaren etc. Please help me, should I consult a doctor? Is it serious?

After abortion by DNC method, scanning has been done. But in scan complete wash out has not happened n small part is left out still. Already she is mother of two, both were caesarian . What best can b done for this case. Abortion was done on 11th may.
