Hi I was prescribed modus 10mg for 20dayd and i was not able to get it more than 10days.. The medical stores ppl tell there ll be no stock.. Is therr any alternative medicine which does same dosage?

Hi, I am from Pune. My wife and I both are working. It has been two years since marriage. For one year after marriage my wife used to work in night shifts.. That led to her hormonal imbalance and irregular periods.. She suffers great pain during periods and there is unusual spotting even after periods are over. We took advice from a doc.. Initially she prescribed Tab. Pause to stop bleeding.. After that she prescribed tab. regestron for one month and tab. Daine 35 OD for 3 months. Even after this treatment she's facing irregular periods, irregular menstrual flow, headache and extreme backache during periods. 1. How should we treat her? 2. she's going through hormonal therapy.. Can this therapy lead to uterine cancer in future.. Her mother suffering from postmenopausal endometrial cancer. 3. If she's to conceive within next 6-7 months how should we go about it? Hi, My left side of breast is a lot bigger than the right side. So much so that it is highly visible and I feel extremely under confident while wearing tight fitted clothes. Also, it aches almost all the time. I've some problem in lifting my left hand because the muscle really aches in my underarms and upper arms. I also have really bad ache in my left shoulder blade and the area around it. It gets pretty uncomfortable to sleep on my left side for my whole abdomen on that side starts aching. I'm worried if I've some serious condition. Please help.

Hie In my recent ultra sound report says I have bilateral polycystic ovaries I even did my DHT test but the range is normal My periods are regular , and have normal weight But was recently diagnosed with autoimmune thyroid and has been put on 100mcg And as I have acne my endocrine has put on cytomid 250 But as I do my part of research cytomid in women is for pcod So does bilateral polycystic ovaries mean pcod?? Can u have pcod even if you have regular menses And also is cytomid safe for me to take

My gynae asked me for follicular scan I did on 11th day and now my doctor is unavailable. Please suggest the days on which I should do my next 2scans. Also if anyone help me reading the results of the scan attached?
