My 3 yr old son is having bad cough from 2 days. He had fever and cold last week doc gave antibiotics and cough syp he was fine. Now again he is coughing badly. I have piritone cs, ambrolite s and ascoril d at home. Which should i give or wat should I do

My mother has been suffering from persistent cough for the last 10 days. Earlier she had similar problem around 4 years back and she was prescribed with Foracort 200 with Inhaler. Now she has again got the same cough and even trying the Foracort medicine for the last 4 days she is unable to find any relief. The cough increases especially while sleeping or talking to someone.

I had a bad cough and was asked to take azithromycin but after that I developed severe throat infection and was asked to take vitamin c and augmentin. I still have a bad cough and I would like to know if augmentin will treat the cough as well. I took 5 tablets of azithromycin and my dosage ended yesterday.
