Hi Doc, My baby has got running nose from this evng. I have lost my previous prescription of his paediatrician for the levocet syrup dosage n his number z not reachable. Can you please guide with d dose. Baby is 2 yrs 1 month old, weight is 14.5 kgs. Thanks in advance

Sir, Due to COVID 19 pandemic situation, we couldn't visit to government  hospital for Vitamin A dose as prescribed in vaccination card for our 4 year old child from last 1.5 year. Is there any syrup available in market with same or similar composition as given in Govt. Hospitals? So that we can give required vitamin A dose at home. Thanks in advance.

Hi Is it safe to give Mefkind syrup multiple doses(with 6-8hrs gap between each dose) to reduce fever for a 9 month female baby of weight 7kg. When we give mefkind 2.5ml, fever decreases and again increases after 6hrs. Pls suggest.

I have given overdose of Advent Dry syrup to my 7 months old baby.I have added only half quantity of sterile water to the dry syrup.And given 3ml twice a day to my child.It was very thick. Is there anything to worry.Is there any problem.Please help me.

My 3 Month old son is suffering from cough and chest congestion from 2-3 days. My paediatrician has given ambroxol, cetrizine and zifi drops along with baby rub. Doctor said it's a wet cough will get recovered in 2-3 days. From last night he is whistling often while breathing while his cough remains persistent after 4 doses. He is taking breastfeeding fairly, but facing difficulties in sleeping. He is not too cranky or crying and active, No fever, breaths around 45 times in a minute. I am worried about his noisy breathing as it is there for most of the time. What will be my next steps, is it normal? should i wait or see doctor again ??

Sir, my son was absolutely fine 8 months back When he started developing dry cough on and off every 2 to 3 days no other complaints , we are basically from hyderabad and presently staying in kerala, he is asymptomatic in hyderabad but as we come to kerala immediately after 2 days he will be developing cough. People of this place say that many children are having this symptoms due to allergic to few trees here. And also we stay in old quaters which has moisture always .presently symptoms are subsiding with cetrizine and ambroxol syrup,Chest x ray done which is also normal, kindly please suggest some permanent solution sir
