Recently Answered Questions on wet cough syrup

My husband having normal viral fever, cold and cough for past 10 days. Doctor advised to do a blood test last week. It was normal wbc of 6500. After taking some medications for fever, this week wbc count increased  to 13100. Now fever, cold and cough are clear. But wbc increases. It is normal?

My relative (68y +) suddenly had a nosebleed last night. Happened twice at different intervals. Bleeding was profusely and bright red. Happened only on right side. Occasional coughing also happened, he coughed out clotted blood. BP was normal. What can be the reason?

I had fever 5 days ago. Visited a docter, he prescribed me Azithromycin 500 and Enzoflam. Even during the condition of cold I had throat pain, cough. My 5 day course has been completed. My daughter has fever for the last 5 days. When we give her pcm the temperature comes down but after 7-8 hrs it again rises. The temp is always around 99-100.
