My baby is 6 Month  1 day old she is having cough and cold from past 1 nd half month .she is on formula feed that to bottle feeding .can I start ragi porridge now ,because some are telling during cough nd cold we can't give porridge as it causes more prblm and phlegm will be formed .please tell can I start porridge or not ?

I had viral infection with cough cold and fever 7 days back . High fever resolved in 4 days but every evening i get temperature of 99 which resolves on its own .
