Hello Doctor, I completed my full intradermal rabies vaccine course on 11th aug 2026. ( 0,3,7,28). I also previously took full course few months before. But after completion of last rabies vaccine dose which was in 11th aug 2026, I reexposed again on the same day; like i stepped in a cat saliva which was wet and it was on my house floor. I had a crack on my leg toe big finger. Should i take complete vaccine again ? Or booster or what step should i take? Please answer. I am in tensed.

Hello doctors, Is it normal to have smell in the baby urine of 3 month old Baby girl has about 15-18 wet nappies a day 1-2 dirty diaper ,feeds about 8-10 times a days, doesn't cry while peeing, no fever , baby is active , feeds and sleeps well. I am 40 year old. Going through vaginal dryness. It's making my sexual life miserable and painful. Baby was born with weight 4.2 kg Day 3 weight was 4 kg Day 5 weight was 3.9 kg Day 17 weight reached 4 kg only Baby is pooping min 4 times a day and there are 6+ wet diapers. Poop is yellow in color. Sometime seedy or cheesy. Baby blood test was normal. Metabolism test ok. Please advise what should i do to increase weight.
