Baby was born with weight 4.2 kg Day 3 weight was 4 kg Day 5 weight was 3.9 kg Day 17 weight reached 4 kg only Baby is pooping min 4 times a day and there are 6+ wet diapers. Poop is yellow in color. Sometime seedy or cheesy. Baby blood test was normal. Metabolism test ok. Please advise what should i do to increase weight.

Hey doctors, Small history of my issue, I underwent pil-onodal sinus surgery 3 months ago and it was cured without any issues. Now, every now and then I feel like there is something between buttocks near anus or above it. And when I sleep on my stomach and ask my partner to check if there is something and she says there's nothing and she also checks by cleaning using wet wipes. Also, I had intertrigo between buttocks during my recovery and post healing my buttocks are unequal and uneven. Please help as I'm very scared.

There's a major concern of patients after surgery about  holding of stools when pressure comes, Because some people are having defferent types of job, where everytime is not possible to go to fresh when pressure comes, for sometime holding of stools are necessary for him, But I have heard many people who had surgeries, after surgery they told that when pressure comes immediately he have to go to fresh, otherwise underwear will become wet? So this is a major concern for patients & other concern is post surgery pain. Please give some suggestions from above?

I got my last periods on 23 dec 2024. Since 2 months I am not getting it.. i hv been sexually active for 2 months but.. my pregnancy test results were negative.. my present situation is that I am feeling cramps in my pelvic area from 3 to 4 days nd also that white discharge seems somewhat less in amount..but vaginal area feels wet.. Hi Doc, My baby boy is 2 months old, and he has got very severe wounds around his anus area. I've attached picture for your ready reference. My pediatrician advised me to use minimalist zinc cream, and I've been using it for the past 3 weeks, and I couldn't see any result. He is in pain while pooping due to this. Kindly help me with a solution. Also please advise on is this an serious matter of concern? I'm not using diaper and wet wipes.

I have burning along with urination and burning at the wall of the vagina, especially while sitting along with pain that is localised on the right side alongside the labia right upto the clitoris, it is like a tingly itch and sometimes it is like a dull pain, I also experience tingling sensation down there and since yesterday it felt like along with that there was a little wetness, I have no clue what is happening.
