2 months baby severe wounds around anus
Hi Doc,
My baby boy is 2 months old, and he has got very severe wounds around his anus area.
I've attached picture for your ready reference.
My pediatrician advised me to use minimalist zinc cream, and I've been using it for the past 3 weeks, and I couldn't see any result.
He is in pain while pooping due to this.
Kindly help me with a solution.
Also please advise on is this an serious matter of concern?
I'm not using diaper and wet wipes.

I think better to start oral antibiotics and use that cream ,by consulting physically.
One antibacterial cream is also a better option.

Kindly use zinc peroxide twice a day
And apply coconut oil in thick layer
Avoid diapers give paracetamol sos
Adequate breast feeding
Use syp zinc for 14 day 2.5 ml [5ml/20mg] suspension
