Hello Doctor, my Kid is 4.5 years old and he suffering from high fever from last 24 hours and he is shewaring a lot. We gave him calpol 250 mg syrup 4 times in last 24 hours. Gave 5ml each time. But syrup working only for 4-5 hours and temperature is increasing again. Please help.

My daughter is 7 months old, she's been having constipation problems lately. She passes motion once in 3 or 4 days and when she does she struggles a lot. We did consult the doctor who advised us to give her duphalac syrup. It does give her relief when we give her the syrup but the day we stop it everything goes bad to the old routine again. Hello doctor, my son is 2 years 1 month old. He was given Mebex syrup for deworming when he was 18 months old. Do I need to give him Bandy plus syrup currently ? He has no symptoms of worms or infection though. But his Paed had told that its advisable to do deworming after every 6 months. So, should I go with Bandy plus or should wait for some time ?

Hi doctor, I have a pimple on my nose. It was actively bleeding and little little pus was coming out of this pimple. I touched surfaces like metal, water tap, plastic and clothes in the washroom and those surfaces were wet (some surfaces were wet some were dry) then i touched this pimple spot which was actively bleeding. I'm worried maybe those surfaces had some infected body fluids. The washroom was used by another person 1 minute before of my use. I am worried for hiv transmission. I have shared the photo of that pimple please check. Can hiv be transmitted from this incident?

I had grey yellow vaginal discharge from one year due to which reddish brown discharge occurred sometimes after 10 days of periods completion.last full flow period took 4 days to come even after having red discharge, after 4 days when it come flow was for 2 days(such that one first day XXL got wet and second day regular pad got wet and till 4 days red discharge was coming ( no full flow) and periods was not going. Hello doctors.. Actually I had hip core decompression with stemcell surgery on 10tn month 2024 year.. after that my docter told full bed rest for 90 days... At my rest time even I didn't do my bath... Just i clean with wet cloth or wet wipes.. now I am doing bath everyday from January 1st 2025... So now I am suffering with psoriasis on my head it's also know as scalp psoriasis... Now from past 4days I saw on my stomach area  left side and right side came that like.. is it psoriasis or any other plz let me know docter... I was purchasing vegetables and it was all wet. I noticed the bucket next to me in which they were washing them, it was very dirty water. While purchasing, some of the water drops splashed in my face and in my nose as vendor threw a pile of wet vegetables next to me and hurled the plastic sheet next to me on which veggies kept. I was wearing a mask still I felt water getting in my nose and due to suffocation I started  inhaling  as I gasped for breath due to the mask. I am very worried that if the water contained N Fowleri can I get infection? Could the water drops that fell in my nostrils get forced upto the sinuses or the olfactory nerves due to inhaling when I got out of breath?
