Hello doctors.. Actually I had hip core decompression with stemcell surgery on 10tn month 2024 year.. after that my docter told full bed rest for 90 days... At my rest time even I didn't do my bath... Just i clean with wet cloth or wet wipes.. now I am doing bath everyday from January 1st 2025... So now I am suffering with psoriasis on my head it's also know as scalp psoriasis... Now from past 4days I saw on my stomach area  left side and right side came that like.. is it psoriasis or any other plz let me know docter... I was purchasing vegetables and it was all wet. I noticed the bucket next to me in which they were washing them, it was very dirty water. While purchasing, some of the water drops splashed in my face and in my nose as vendor threw a pile of wet vegetables next to me and hurled the plastic sheet next to me on which veggies kept. I was wearing a mask still I felt water getting in my nose and due to suffocation I started  inhaling  as I gasped for breath due to the mask. I am very worried that if the water contained N Fowleri can I get infection? Could the water drops that fell in my nostrils get forced upto the sinuses or the olfactory nerves due to inhaling when I got out of breath?

Doctor I am getting light brown streak sputum when I clear my throat from last 2 months. The colour of the sputum is white with light brown streak. My X-ray report says that I have hyper inflated lungs with increase in bronchovascular marking and my CT chest with contrast is totally normal. I have done sputum culture also and it's normal. What could be the reason for this? The sputum which I get when it dries appear dark brown otherwise when it is wet it appears light brown . Is this blood in sputum? I have attached the picture when wet and when dry. Please tell

I am facing hissing sound in left ear due to २ months. Ist i get sneezing later then mucus get trapped in ear and २ after hissing sound started. When I was doing valsava manover then the left ear popping sensation was not done. When the hot temperatures came it resolved but it disturb, 6-8 months. I don't know why it is happening again and again in the winter season. Please help me. Every time the nose becomes wet since the music has gone into the ear and is blocked and hissing sound started. २nd time the problem came same situation same process of starting this problem (ist sneezing then nose wet then mucus trapped in ear and hissing started ear becomes heavy. Hello doctor, I am 23 years old. I had an anal fistula laser surgery last year in the month of june. I am okay since then. I have normal bowel movements. But, sometimes i feel itchiness in anus and sometimes (at least once a day)if i touch the anus when it causes itching, i feel slight moisture or wetness in anus(no such foul smell). It mostly happens when i sit for few hours. I don't have pain or swelling near anus. For itching, i had suspected due to worms earlier so for that I had taken medicine. Could you please tell me what could be the reason of itching and slight wetness occasionally ? Can a fistula be present without any pain ? Please advise. Thank you.

Always after finishing my peeing there is few drops of urine still left in penis even after shaking it well, then when i wear my pants my pants soaks the pee remaining few drops from penis, and it can be visually seen the wet circle area right where my penis head rests. So i noticed almost in my every pant there is this yellowish sometimes whitish spot right in the same place and the fabric is also get thickened and gives nasty smell.
