Fever,stomach pain,loose motions,nausea
My 11 years old daughter has 101°F fever, nausea and loose motions since morning. She is 42kgs in weight. Have given her Crocin DS, Vizylac syrup, Ondem syrup. Antibiotic also needs to be given? I have Ziprax(100mg) at home.

Observe with the current medicines for atleast 24-36 hours. In the meanwhile get a stool routine done. If it shows infection or if symptoms do not subside u can decide on the antibiotic after consulting with your pediatrician
