Dear sir Since a week am having  dry cough and mucus and my voice sound was changed like while speaking resound was coming and loss of speech while talking pls advice treatment and tablets . I used benadryl syrup but no use .. I don't have any sneezing or runny nose

My baby 2 and 1/2 yrs is suffering from severe cold from 2 days taking coriminic syrup from 2 days still cold not under ctrl..doing steam inhales mrng and evening still not ctrld..no fever..no cough..he is active but feeling light disrrbance in breathing..
