Took bath in evening yesterday and Fever since last night, gave Sinarest syrup today morning, 3 vomiting with cough today. Couldn't consult any doctor today due to weekend closed. Seems fever due to cold. Kindly suggest medicines at least for tonight.

My 14 month old kid isn't eating anything. In fact he doesn't open his mouth even to drink water and has become very weak. My 8 year old child (male) got fever since Saturday afternoon (19.08.2017). The fever is at 102 to 104 F, along with little cough (sometimes). Paracetamol and Ibuprofen syrup along with Ofloxacin is given as per the prescription of a general physician. But, the fever is not subsiding.
