Mucus and voice breaking
Dear sir
Since a week am having dry cough and mucus and my voice sound was changed like while speaking resound was coming and loss of speech while talking pls advice treatment and tablets .
I used benadryl syrup but no use .. I don't have any sneezing or runny nose
