Recently Answered Questions on wet cough syrup

Facing hyper cough in night wit burning sensation in stomach. UGI shows hiatal hernia, I am facing this problem for more than 1year. For first six months there was burning sensation in stomach and detected as H pyroli infection. Unable to sleep on back or on right side,seems comfortable only on left side. Lot of time in night I am spending time by sitting on bed instead of sleeping. Nowadays feels some pain in left side of stomach as well as in centre of chest below lungs. When there is cough in night i get omitting wit sticky colourless fluid comes out alongwith food. And feels relieved. Murmuring sound comes while breathing in night from food pipe. Sometimes skin like jelly type 2-3 mm long transparent bulgum like things come out through food pipe. Please suggest the treatment.

Chain smoker for 30-years- deserted smoking from 15-yrs.Diabetic+ HTN...Treated for empyema and TB(2002)+ Aspirations done.. CT scan(6/2015)- (1).Bronchiectatic changes in basal segments of rt.Lower lobe with peribronchial thickening & mucus plugging(2) Tree in bud opacities in basal segment of rt.Lower lobe.(3) Linear atelectasis seen in Lingual (4) few small pre-vascular, pre-tracheal & aorto-pulmonary lymph nodes seen.. No significant pleural thickening/ fluid collection seen. Intermittent dry cough with Pain in chest & Dizziness, while coughing. .U/s scan- "Few Hyperechogenecity seen in Rt.lung"..Appetite normal..No weight loss/gain.

Dear Doctor, Good afternoon, i have a baby girl who is 2.8yrs old on 31.10.2016 she started having cold and cough my pediatrician prescribed relent+, 2 days later she started having cough and fever he changed the medicine to ancer LM to b given for 12 weeks as an anti allergic medicine and ventorlin expectorant and also mentioned to wait for another day and if fever goes beyond 100° to start antibiotics, her temperature raised to 102.9° on 3.11.2016 evening so i started giving her antibiotics and calpol every 4th hourly according to the fever. Then she was fine and the temperature reduced to normal but since yesterday i.e 6.11.2016 afternoon she is having fever yesterday at around 2.30pm she had 100.6° and later on reduced, but today again the fever has repeated her temperature is 100.2° my pediatrician has suggested to wait till tomorrow afternoon and has prescribed for a blood test tomorrow, kindly provide me a solution as my pediatrician is not in town. My daughter is 2 months old.she is suffering with cold . sometimes she starts coughing also. She sleeps in daytime and awakes at night. I am vry confused about her routine. What should I do about cold and cough ? Is cold and cough reason for not sleeping at night ?she also not feeding for long duration in nights about 9 to 10 hrs .

My doc prescribe zincovit cl syrp 2.5ml once and neopeptine 3ml twice as he was not willing to eat properly. Is it ok to rake this medicine in 1.5 years old boy ? ,Thnx
