This is for a 26 yrs old male. He had a cold dessert last Friday. Since then he is coughing. His RT PCR came negative. He has mucus filled in his sinus and can't breathe well through the nose. Kindly advice remedies or medicines to cure the same.

My father's throat has some issue , he always feels like something is in there means sore throat , and cough . It's from a long time . And i believe he has repeating fever because of it . When he speaks 2-3 minutes he has to clear throat first . He has no difficulty in breathing.  What can be the problem and treatment .

Long years ago cough accidentally enters into the ear. One month ago left nostril was paining and then radiates to the left ear. My left ear loop and behind the left ear was paining.now doctpr prescribed clovamax 625 and it was taken orally for 5 days twice a day.my left side head was paining and now it is relieved but not completely. I had fever range 100-101F five days earlier, i took medicine and no fever came again. But after that i was feeling weak, and 3 days after smell and taste disappeared. I couldn't get covid test done because no covid test facility is here. I live in village. But for 2 days i feel that when i cough deep, some blood stains comes with that. My mother is suffering from GERD.In a recent few days,she coughs badly for long time and also feels short breathedness sometimes.She looks pale and her voice also changes a bit frequently. This is not probably due to covid as she has no fever and none of those other symptoms but it could be due to GERD.Is it really due to gerd and is it harmful?
