Cuts/sores around toungue & cough only

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Recently i have been having some random cuts on my toungue and bleeding that's doesn't heal easily.. also some red painful spots around nose.. got sore thumb of leg.. i also have been suffering from cough for a week now which only occurs when i am talking or cold weather.. and i have been tested Rt-pcr negative.. so i don't even know whoch doctor to consult now..
