Hi my 13 month old daughter is having Cough for 2 days. And the cough become much more when she sleep she didn't have any fever. It's like dry cough as no mucus come. Some time some mucus comes from nose. I am giving her offcold and xenicof LS drop. Please suggest

Dry cough after running nose
1.5 year baby with 8.5 kgs has dry cough , it came after 2 days of running nose. Cough is more at night which makes me sleep less and gets irritated. For running nose maxtra oral drop 2 days 2 times I gave. For cough what should be done?

Occasional cough but severe
I had cold, cough almost 2 months back. Recovered. But after that in 8-10 days getting severe cough which lasts for 3-4 hours. Have taken azithromicin and montelukast as prescribed but didn't help. Did a chest x-ray and it was normal. No cough at all for 8-10 days then suddenly it's happening. Please suggest.
