Recently Answered Questions on wet cough syrup

Dear Doctor My mother age 65. She was vaccinated her second dose last week and after 2days she had high chill fever of 102.0 f. From 2 days again she has cough and slight breathing difficulty and when we checked oxygen level it's showes 93-88-93 spo2 and she has no fever. Kindly suggest

Cough for last 4 years for variety of situations and reasons (dust, chillness, tension, food, hurry, etc). Not even a single day passed out without cought in last 4 years. Consulted asthuma allergy clinic taken x-ray air function test resulted asthuma temproary. But not taken steriods. What could be the reason. Should there be any serious ailment. Whom to consult to cure it completely.

My father who is an AML patient and under oral chemo right now is having severe coughing from last 4-5 days along with mild intermittent fever . A lot of mucus is coming out . No signs of breathlessness or difficulty in breathing . He is feeling very tired . Also low Hb (6.1) and platelet (10000) count . No record of meeting any covid 19 positive PT or getting outside of home . Is it covid 19 or any other infection ?

My daughter age is 1 year her weight is 7.3kg. She was having cough and fever from 10th of January at 1.30 pm onwards. I taken advised by pediatrician she prescried Syp.Sinarest4ml TID and Paracetamol 125mg for 6th hourly 4ml. I have given exact Doses of Sinarest. But i given paracetmol Syp only 100DegreeF of fever. Till now she has not recovered. Is it bcz if Teething ?Tell me Doctr What can i do next?

My 1 month son is having cough & cold from past 3 days.It was transferred most likely by his elder brother who is 6 years and having cold. As oer doc there's no wheezing sound so there's nothing much to worry,just rest & breastfeeding and no medications apart saline spray. How safe will it be if i travel outstation with him for 4 nights of holidays ?

My 4 year daughter suffering from cough, fever, I consult with doctor 2weeks back and got prescription. dilo dx. mahacef 50mg and crocin 120mg. this medicine not effect much. after 1 week again consult with doctor again got same prescription. and said continue above medicines. above medicine works for temperery  basic. after 4th day again fever and caugh started. I am very worried and done some test. like typhode, Malaria, Dengu and CBP.

I always cough up stuck phlegm from throat...sometime the colour are changed and today I see small red dot.I am really scare.I already went to two doctors,one was General medicine doctor who says it was due to pollution and one was Ent doctor who think it might be post nasal drip.I take their prescription medication but the my problem was not solved.So,i want to know is there internal infection.I also want to test my sputum. As there are many type of sputum test I want to know which type of sputum test should I do.there are some types of sputum test in picture attached to this.Please reply me which test should I pick

My daughter is suffering from allergic cough which is not getting cured properly she is under inhalers of levolin and budecort and asathalin nebulisation though we are giving these medicines according to the dosages precribed its not getting cured. I have met two padeatricians already but all are prescribing the same medicines but my concern is  to get a permanent solution for this. None of the doctors are telling what is the problem or disease is. And the cause....i need a doctor who help us on this and give a genuine treatment and permanent solution to this .. as a parent iam very anxious as my little daughter is also having leakge in heart and murmuring also i am ready to meet the doctors who can guide us on this.

Dear doctor, My mother has been suffering from normal cold & cough since past few days. No other abnormality is detected. But in the blood test, only the ESR value is quite high (102 mm/hr) though other parameters are near to the standard range. After 10 days of medication, the ESR decreased by 8 units only. Both the reports have been attached herewith. Kindly tell me if there is anything to worry and the type of medication needed.

My father had some water getting blocked in the path between lungs and liver 3 years back and the doctor consulted him to take 3years of medicine but after he was completely cured he stopped taking medicines after 3 months and now exactly after three years he encountered the same problem i.e.water getting contained in that particular area and the doctor has told him to take the same medicines for more 3 years andhe told there's absolutely no problem.Is there any connection of that with coughs??
