Cough from last 3 weeks
My son age 5 years have chronic cough from last 3 weeks, cough improves after nebulization(duolin) , he is mild asthamatic so he uses budecort and salbair puff . In past his cough gets improved in 2 week but this time there is no major improvement. His x ray is normal

Sir, child’s total leukocyte count is increased, that indicates infection. Hence , antibiotic is required at the moment along with inhalers/nebulisation.

Pl start antibiotics and antihistamines. Pl consult pulmonologist for further evaluation and treatment.
