My son is 3 year old his having cold and cough prbl frm age of 16 month old.,when he got pneumonia..now his treatment is going on but in his head there is a small small lumps ...which are slightly moving ....dr. saying it is infection...how it will be cured?

Regular cough in every season and More in night time ,not able to have sound sleep,stunting has done for heart and diabetes also .using medicine biphasic isophane insulin injections ip,and tablets are.ecosrpin,clopidogrel,atorvastatin,omeprazole,levetiracetam,mecobalamin,ramipril,metformin hydrochloride.

Sir I suffering from cough problem. Maximum time my nose blocked both side or flow like water or one by one nose block like sometime right nose block and sometime left blocked and current my both side nose in internal area I feeling like bone or something tissue over ...kindly suggest for better treatment.
