I am suffering from strain or pinched nerve around my shoulder and neck region. One week back, I was lifting little bit of weight in gym and sprained my shoulder. It was not severe so I ignored it and kept on exercising for few more days. After another shoulder exercise session, it has become more painful. The pain is not severe but I feel uncomfortable around my lower neck region and shoulder and movement is difficult. Even the right side arm is also affected a bit. I am using Volini and resting without pillow from past two days but its not improving. It is really bad after I wakeup. Please suggest some remedy.

I am having lower back pain for the past 3 days which doesnt go for any tablet( dolonex,zerodol p) or ointments such as volini, tiger balm etc. The pain is constant. I even had dynapar aq injection yesterday. It didnt go even after that. I am already under treatment for neck and shoulder pain and undergoing traction for neck and lower back. The pain at the shoulder and neck is ok now but i got this never going back pain. Sometimes i feel like its gastric pain as i feel the pain increasing when i eat. Can anyone suggest some remedy

While travelling in a congested auto carying heavy weight on my lap i started having lower back pain on sitting afterwards.. I applied volini but after 1 month the pain returned.. I went to an orthopaedic who after looking at my lumbar xray told me i had a spasm in my lower back and gave me meds for 18 days and suggested physiotherapy for a week. In my xray my backbone was almost straight The medication helped but now after a week the pain is coming back slowly.... Idk what to do and i'm just 19

Sir, From last 2 to 3 weeks, only right leg knee is paining. I don't have any problem in walking but when ever there is a requirement to keep my knee in bend position(for sitting on floor or on chair, etc), thereafter its quiet difficult to get up. Over the time considering this as a temporary pain, I have already tried Volini (spray), Iodex and hot water message, hot mustard oil along with garlic, but everything has given me temporary relief for 2 days max and the pain resumes after that. Kindly prescribe me the way to find the permanent solution. Thanks Santosh

Hi I am experiencing pain in the back side of the heel of my left leg. I am able to perform all the leg related activities easily but there is pain since 2 months. Earlier it was not much but now it seems to be increasing. 2 months back while I was skating i fell down putting my entire body weight on left leg. Since then this issue started. I was using crape band and some soothing ointments i.e Volini for some times. Pain was reducing, I am little worried as it has been more than 2 months now. Kindly recommend what treatment to take. I stay in BTM 2nd stage. I go for skating every Sunday.

I have redness and swelling on my right foot which is prominent and on left foot very slight. But at both feet its at the same place. Also it's after dnc procedure i under went on 24 july and im having this swelling since 28 july but initially it wasnt bothering me so i thought it might be due to exercion. There is no itching but pain is there. I have applied volini moov and taken ultracet but pain goes for sometime but comes back when medicine effectiveness is over. Is there a possibility of NMDVT? I have a medical history of vasculitis in 2007 to 2010 and my doctor didnt gave me any blood thinners after Dnc. Im attaching image of the more affected feet. Please advise and recommend which specialist doctor to consult

I used to do gym and last Saturday i did thigh exercise. It was good but the next day when i went to play cricket my left knee starts paining though it was light. Then on next day when i bend my knees or sits in frog position the inner portion of d same knee(crescent type maybe meniscus or any ligament) started unbearable pain off a sudden and when i stood up, walked to relax that pain some pop up sound came and continues for a while until i walked. I havn't applied any oinment but this happens for next 2-3 days and den went off yesterday. So should i consult any doctor or just apply Volini gel nd continue gym.

I have entered 9th month pregnancy on 10th April, 2017. Since last 15 days I am in severe backache..In my ribs...Right rib specialy...Area below chest...Backache in upper back....Around spinal chord...Tried calpol 500, aciloc, ultracet...Move, volini, hot water bag...Nothing works much...Combiflam gives some relief....Today my gyno suggested rantac, combiflam, dygine and trinerve forte....So that already I am.able to sleep properly....To repeat combiflam after 8 hours. Please suggest. I have to wali till April end for delivery.

I am experiencing sharp pain in ly lower back, hip area. It is spreading to leg thigh until knee. At time both legs pain. I experience similar pain last yr,, it was then spreading to right thigh,. Iwent away after some mths. This pain again came back since past 2 weeks. Applied volini, kept hot water bag. Nothing helps. It started one day wen i was travelling with a quiet a heavy backpack. I am unable to bend,,, sitting or standing for some time pain. I am 26 yrs, height 163cms, weight is 90cms. I have no other medical issues. Is this because of my weight?

I had sustained an ankle injury on 6th Mar. I had a swollen ankle and I used the following treatments since then:- 1. Volini spray - 4 times a day 2. Hot water with salt - twice daily 3. Crack bandage - all day 4. Elevated foot - all day 5. Ibrufen - once a day Now, since Monday I have a blue patch on my foot below the ankle area. This patch doesn't hurt but looks like blood clotting perhaps. I would like to know the treatment for this.
