I am having a lower back pain for a last one month.I used to go for workout everyday.From last two weeks its aggravate.I applied mustard oil massage & muscle relaxant ointments like volini but it does not work at all for last one & half month.Should I stop going for workout and rest for how long?what will be my medication to get relief?

My mother is having pain today from morning in her lower back adomen, thigh and in calf. She is unable to stand or sit because of the pain. She has applied volini, and taken tablets jointace and imole plus since jointace didn't help her in pain reduction

Was hit by a motorcycle a week ago. Wasn't that badly injured. Only swelling near knee region and back portion of thigh because of the impact. Have been applying volini and using crepe bandage. My right hand wrist is paining since 6 days.. I don't remember if something heavy I lifted.. This started as a neck sprain but this is the 4th time in 2 months I an having pain in the same area. I have taken zerodol MR and applied volini spray,it usually cures in 2-3 days. But this time there is no effect. I am in great discomfort.
