3 day ago i slept on my wrist. After that i felt pain in my wrist muscle. I gave applied volini for pain relief yesterday night but now in morning pain increased. Also i m not able lift anything heavy.

Around a month ago I got injury in my right ring finger while taking a catch from tennis ball, It was swollen and dark but after applying volini gel for few days the swollen became lesser than before but the pain is still there and the upper part of the finger is still swollen. It pains when touched so please advise what to do further to get rid of it.

I was fall on the left hand, I have sprian in my left hand elbow and wrist. Last 2 weeks Wrist has negligible but when i twist my hand clockwise feel pain and i also using volini fir elbow.please do suggest some good treatment
