MY Salmonella O (Positive (1:80) Dr Say me is Typhoid Fever plz help me .

I am having cold and cough local doctor prescribe me Taxim O 200. Where as same symptoms for my baby pediatrician prescribed sensiclav BD. Is it safe to take Taxim O 200 twice a day during breastfeeding?
