I have been diagnosed with high HB which is around 16.7 now. The rdw also is high. I have stopped smoking (this was advised by many doctors on practo as well) I just want to know on what diet is suitable for high hemoglobin levels,although I have stopped smoking (which is around 30 days back) I still feel breathlessness and some heaviness. I have checked my ecg n 3d echo which is normal with normal ef Pls do guide me on the appropriate diet for high hemglobin and iron content in blood. I have undergone phlebotomy which reduced the hemglobin from 18.6 to 16.7 Is there any other way to reduce the hemglobin and does quitting smoking and alochol too reduces hemglovin levels

Week before 25Nov21 neck pain started due to jerk in neck Xray cervical spine showed degeneration changes PBren Nt,Nuhenz, Duzela,Bacloren tablet were given for 10 days Tramazac 50 taken on 25Nov after which there was no pain . 12Nov neck pain started after travel thru bad road. Tramazac 50 given on 12Nov once 13Nov twice &14 Nov morng.  On 13Nov giddiness after walking so gave Vertin16. No motion on 14nov Vertin 16 given 15 Nov No motion,Uneasy,heaviness in stomach, bloating,gas & urine not passing for some time BP & oxygen saturtn was normal Tongue slight white. Pantocid 20 & Ulgel syrup given at night Cremaffin sugar free given. 16 Nov Motion at 6 am,& 12.30 Fever 99 from evng so gave 1/2 dolo650. 17 Nov Fever 100, Dolo 1/2 given at12 am Fever 101 So gave Dolo650. Also getting yawning. Slight pain like urge to urinate or pass stool After motion no pain Had motion thrice Pulse rate increasd 121 in aftn. 1/2 ivabrad 5mg then normal Zificv200 started Can it be taken for 2 or 5day

Hello is Ceflus CV and Gudcef CV 200 same? Since I was prescribed Ceflus CV but I cudnt get it and instead bought Gudcef CV 200.

ROSUVAS CV 10 and ROSUVAS CV 20 what is the difference?  Can I take ROSUVAS CV 20 half tablet instead of ROSUVAS CV 10 one tablet a day?
