Can i take this drugs like oro cv 625 and dicloges sp in case of Pericoronitis?

I have taken 6 cloff 500 tablets. But other two doctor asking to start cefakind cv in middle. Any suggestion. Shall I complete the cloff 500 or in middle start with cefakind cv and need to have 10 tablets.
