Week before 25Nov21 neck pain started due to jerk in neck Xray cervical spine showed degeneration changes PBren Nt,Nuhenz, Duzela,Bacloren tablet were given for 10 days Tramazac 50 taken on 25Nov after which there was no pain . 12Nov neck pain started after travel thru bad road. Tramazac 50 given on 12Nov once 13Nov twice &14 Nov morng.  On 13Nov giddiness after walking so gave Vertin16. No motion on 14nov Vertin 16 given 15 Nov No motion,Uneasy,heaviness in stomach, bloating,gas & urine not passing for some time BP & oxygen saturtn was normal Tongue slight white. Pantocid 20 & Ulgel syrup given at night Cremaffin sugar free given. 16 Nov Motion at 6 am,& 12.30 Fever 99 from evng so gave 1/2 dolo650. 17 Nov Fever 100, Dolo 1/2 given at12 am Fever 101 So gave Dolo650. Also getting yawning. Slight pain like urge to urinate or pass stool After motion no pain Had motion thrice Pulse rate increasd 121 in aftn. 1/2 ivabrad 5mg then normal Zificv200 started Can it be taken for 2 or 5day
