Today while mastribate,my sperm doesn't come out.Currently I am taking treatment of kidney infection and stone.Doctor gives me silodosin,pantocid,signoflam,monocef,becosules.what is the reasons why my sperm doesn't come out.i am feeling dry in penis.

Difficulty in passing urine. no pain. advised on medication (silodosin 4 mg) 1 tab. per day for the past 6 yrs or so. Without medicine, the following day there is difficulty in emptying the entire bladder and frequent urination occurs.

Sir I had 25 cm prostate as ultrasound diagnose and further tests of urine and blood .As per doctor prescription 15 days I have taken antibiotics urofast and since last 45 days daily I am taking silodosin 8 mg capsule .I have relief in my urine problems .can I use further continue or if any other guidelines for me .Let me confirm and oblige.

I ve suffered from ureteric stone and the doctor gave me some drugs including silodosin , I took 3 tablets for 12 hour apart each then I stopped it for 2 days now but I ve experienced retrograde ejaculation after masturbation Is that reversible ? And if it is , till when I ll suffer this problem

After hemorrhoid surgery, my father has Urin Retention. He is in catheter for last 8 days. Tried removing 2 times in between, but put it back as there was no improvement. I took a scan recently and was diagnosed with mild BPH, 4.5X3.0X3.5, Vol 25.5. All other investigation tests and parameters, including blood was normal. Doctor has prescribed Silodosin 4mg, for night. Although it is very effective the problem is I am wide awake after 3am, and my I am not able to sleep after this time. (Side effects) Is there any other drug alternative which doesn't lower the BP and cause any side effects.
