Difficulty in passing urine. no pain. advised on medication (silodosin 4 mg) 1 tab. per day for the past 6 yrs or so. Without medicine, the following day there is difficulty in emptying the entire bladder and frequent urination occurs.

Looks like you got prostate problem . You might have to continue taking this medicines . Also please share your ultrasound report with me to analyse the size of your prostate . Also get PSA and urine routine and culture done .
