Sperm doesn't come out
Today while mastribate,my sperm doesn't come out.Currently I am taking treatment of kidney infection and stone.Doctor gives me silodosin,pantocid,signoflam,monocef,becosules.what is the reasons why my sperm doesn't come out.i am feeling dry in penis.

The reason is silodosin, it would cause retrograde ejaculation. So the semen goes into bladder instead of coming out. Once the medication is stopped, it becomes normal.
