Sperm doesn't comes out through the pens
Sir,from past 2 months i am unable to ejaculate after orgasm for semen analysis or Intercourse.l am suffering from prostate i am using the medicine that doctor prescribed for me like tablet luts 2.5 and tablet spercus.i am getting the Erection as well as taste but sperm is not coming out fully like I was ejaculated previously.what is the problem and what should I do.

For prostate, if you’re using Silodosin, then sperm doesn’t come out. It goes back into bladder (we call it retrograde ejaculation). If you’re taking that tablet, you have to shift to Alfuzosin after consulting urologist.
