Hi, Recently while urinating , there is a foamy like appearence around 70% of time. Sometimes feel like burning sensation while urinating, pain in left back lower side. All symptoms are not consistent but appear at least 60-70% of time in a day. Sometimes red itchy spots on skin comeout and go automatically, having itch as well Done recent RFT and urine routine. Reports are normal. However last year abdomen USG revealed simple renal cortical cyst( report attached) Need help how to totally rule out any probability of kidney disease meaning, what further test if any required to rule out any disease. Presently suffering from high triglycerides and taking Rosuvas 10 mg for last 1.5 months Recent test revealed normal cholestrol and high triglycerides (354 mg/dl) Also can this foamy urine may de due to high triglycerides? I was having heel pain since 6 months so had a full health check up done on 21st May 2016. Now I have constant lower body pain in legs knees heels. Heels maximum pain when I wake up in morning. Detected BP=130/100(sitting),Glucose fasting 93;cholestrol 235(high);Triglyceride 625(high);Cholestrol HDL 30(Low);Uric Acid 8.6 (HIGH) ; ECG Normal. Height 1.67, Weight 74 Kgs. Taking tablet ROSUVAS 10 MG & ZYLORIC 100MG since 2 weeks. And 10 almonds soaked overnight every morning and 1 walnut daily. Please advise.

This is about my father, 66 years old, having diabetes, hypertension, CKD and is on medicines like dianorm 40, olkem trio 40, rosuvas 10, Renosave, cetanil T 40/10, etc. He had a first incident of dizziness  and almost fainting but in sense in 2017 but his CT Scan and all other parameters were normal. Some odd 20 days back he had indigestion, got dizzy and was about to faint but he was in sense and vomited after sometime and got stable after sometime with bp 110/70 and normal blood sugar. The local doctor suggested Serum Na, K which came normal. ECG Echo CBC Thyroid USG all are normal. He was also suggested NC CT Scan of brain the report of which is attached along with. Please have a look and grace me thereby.

Hello doctor, I'm a Covid recovered patient recovered on 1st December and stayed in home quarantine. Post Covid I got detected with occasional palpitation, fatty liver grade II, little high cholesterol for which I'm  on medicines named Nexpro RD 40 (bbf), Prolomet XL 12.5 (after bf), Rosuvas, Evion 600 and Obetohap (3 of them after lunch). In between I was also having anxiety for which I'm taking Nexito Plus half tablet at night before sleep. I was oversized (90 kg ht 5.7ft) for which I'm doing workouts like cardio, resistance, plank and today while exercising I injured my waist any how which is causing such severe pain that sometimes I can't breathe fully. Can I have crocin 650 along with the medicines I'm taking already? And what should be the dosage or any remedy if you kindly suggest. Please help me. Regards and gratitude.

In last one month, I had about 4 episodes of palpitation. And also bradycardia with HR going to 50 and even below. Once or twice HR touched 88 and 90 also. BP went upto 170 Systolic and 105-107 Systolic and 113/66 after the start of Metoprolol 25mg in place of Nebicard 2.5 mg. Sometimes, I feel there is a missed beat also For the last one month, there is lot of pressure in the chest giving good measure if discomfort. Have lost 2-3 kgs weight in last one month or so. Presently, medication is Telma AM 40/5 mg plus addl Amlo 5 mg; Metoprolol 25 mg; Roliflo OD-2 for BPH; Rosuvas 10 mg; Aspirin 75 mg and Nexium 20 mg. Angiography done about 15 months back was normal

Good evening Please no homeopathy or Ayurveda. I am a HTN / IBS suffrer. Taking bisoheart 5mg 1 in morning for bp which is 100 percent undercotrol since a decade. Taking Rosuvas 5mg and Clopivas 75 mg each 1 in night when LIPID levels goes high. I have diagnoised for DM2 3 years ago and maintained with simple medicine and strict diet.. Since last 2 years A1c is between 5.6 to 6.2. Fbs 85 to 120 and PPBS between 100 to 110. So doctor stopped DM medicines 2 years ago. Now please find my right toe pic for nail fungus and hard skin around the finger.. it begins with inner red dot and dry in 2 weeks.. again it repeats after some time.. even nail has same problem. Both heels are always dried. I walk 6 kms average a day in 1 stretch. Fallowing strict diet.. no sugar or any sugar contained food.. 5 to 6 small meals a day. Please let me know the cause of toe nail issue and oblige

My mom feels dizziness, fatigue with body pain, specially hand fingers and legs. Dr checked her and found her BP was 163 and also high cholesterol. She is having ligh headache, tiredness and weakness. Body pain. I have below questions. 1. Are all these symptoms of high bp? 2. How much time it may need to get normal bp? 3. Should we continue this course or tetan beta

And doctors advice me some medicine like Evoin 400mg, Ursocol 300mg, Hepamerz tm 150+100mg, rosuva 5mg. Now I want to know I continue this medicine or not ??? And what I do in my Daily routine.
