Toe nail fungus. Nail issue and oblige!

Good evening Please no homeopathy or Ayurveda. I am a HTN / IBS suffrer. Taking bisoheart 5mg 1 in morning for bp which is 100 percent undercotrol since a decade. Taking Rosuvas 5mg and Clopivas 75 mg each 1 in night when LIPID levels goes high. I have diagnoised for DM2 3 years ago and maintained with simple medicine and strict diet.. Since last 2 years A1c is between 5.6 to 6.2. Fbs 85 to 120 and PPBS between 100 to 110. So doctor stopped DM medicines 2 years ago. Now please find my right toe pic for nail fungus and hard skin around the finger.. it begins with inner red dot and dry in 2 weeks.. again it repeats after some time.. even nail has same problem. Both heels are always dried. I walk 6 kms average a day in 1 stretch. Fallowing strict diet.. no sugar or any sugar contained food.. 5 to 6 small meals a day. Please let me know the cause of toe nail issue and oblige
