Hello Doctor, I am suffering from Vitiligo from last three years and have taken allopathic and ayurvedic treatment. My old spots don't spread, but I do see new small spots at new places in every 6 months and not sure what causes it. Could you please provide more information on the role of Diet in Vitiligo? Specially, Vitamin C, Citrus fruits, Curd, Sour food items. Can these really cause Vitiligo to spread? Thanks!

I was suffering from jaw disorder because of excessive jaw clenching... So my dentist gave me a treatment plan to correct tmj...at first I have to wear splint and then ortho treatment with braces. Can you please explain the role of splint and braces to regain my original bite and jaw joint? Is this a correct treatment plan for me? After more than 2 yrs of treatment I am sure that now I am able to chew more comfortable way and my facial appearance is becoming normal slowly... Even though now I am not completely normal.
