Role of Testosterone
Does adequate testosterone helps to cure premature ejaculation .and does running and walking helps to improve testosterone?.how do we know that our testosterone are upto mark is it that we need to do health check up for that? Or is there any alternative for that?. I am married young man.dnt smoke , dnt drink at all . thank God dnt have any other toxic addictions. I work in call center . initial fir st 2 years I was doing night shift but now since past almost 2 Years doing day shift.now I am being cautious about my health.have stoped junk food.and recently started excercise.walking mainly and running.i am very unhappy about my sex life .I want to be a able to do intercourse for like Good amount of time . like 5-10 mins. And also tell me does inactivity of sex impacts Stamina becz she is very thin and very rarely she demands for it .I mean to be specific she is not intrested .she is ok with my performance but I am not enjoying it as not able to perform more than a minute or 2 .
