I procrastinate and end up with late night deadlines. I'm easly distracted by outside factors and not really focussed on my PhD work. Hello Doctors Iam having tight round ring type formation on my Penis Foreskin from last many years.its not Phimosis. i can easly pull back the foreskin when it is flaccid and even when it gets erect i can pull back but with little discomfort. i have shown it to one sexologist he says its penile contricting ring. i really dont want to go for surgery ( circumcision) so please some one guide me how to treat this without circumcision. I am having issue with acid reflux some time I am totally fine but i experience one thing that whenever at night i consume protein shake after gym then my acid reflux became worse at night and it also remain next day. but the point here is i started using one new india brand protein MTFIT fuel and after 3 months of consuming this my problem of acid reflux started . may be this speicic btand protein has given me this problem or other..i have gone through endoscopy too report eas fine. doctor said its acid only..so please suggest IS THIS MYFIT fuel india brand protein making my problem worse

Hello doctor I took ecg ,echo and troponin test which was normal in echo mild tr that too doctor said it eas normal I am getting my heart beat at throat and chest feel like heart stop for a second if I think it happening again 24 hours my mind listening heart beat sometimes extra beats come is this psychological issue?am thinking that because of this mild tr it is happening full of Negative thinking can't able to sleep if I sleep I wake up suddenly with this palpitations how can I overcome from this?please save me I beg u pls reply what can I do?

Hello 4 months back i suffered from a sudden jerk during badminton and from that point onwards i felt and instantaneous excruciating pain(hip joint of right leg) this pain used to happen whenever i rotated my right leg and eas absent if the movement was back and forth.I visited a doctor and he gave me a medicine for faster healing and a pain killer(which i did not take).the problem had almost vanished lately but from yesterday the same problem has resurfaced and that do without and jerk on physical exertion. Please note that there is no pain in whole of the right leg and the pain doesnot happen in normal front and back movement of my hip joint only when i twist/rotate my right leg i feel an instantaneous high pitch pain which then vanishes within second when i stop my moment.
