If there was bleeding and cramps after taking misoprostol which stopped after 5 days of taking misoprostol. Then can it be ectopic pregnancy?

Hello, My friend has taken mifepristone on 26th July night around 8pm. doctor has asked her to take misoprostol on 28th morning, but by mistake she took it today itself 800mcg of misoprostol. If bleeding doesn't start, can she take another dose of misoprostol tomorrow morning ? I'm 43 days pregnant. I had a csection recently  so I decided to abort. My gynae told me to take a scan and confirm whether the foetus is properly formed in uterus. We confirmed it on Saturday. Hence she prescribed mifepristone and misoprostol. Today morning at 6 am I took mifepristone she told me to come at 12 pm so that she can insert misoprostol vaginaly. My query is "will misoprostol be effective if it is used on the same day after 6 hrs" I have attached my scan report
