Initial bleeding will be heavy for passing the products of conception.Get done ultrasonography to know the whether abortion process has completed or not.If not then discuss with doctor.

Initial expulsion of products occurs with heavy bleeding after that it decreases.. ultrasound needed after week to confirm complete expulsion

Yes, after expulsion of products bleeding becomes lighter. Contact your doctor if you have heavy bleeding or pain or giddiness or any other problem. Otherwise get a scan done after ten days to confirm complete expulsion of products.
