Muscle Pain extreme thigh and shoulders and back. If fold and straight leg also it's paining. Covid test negative 3 days ago. Feeling nausea and weakness. Night throat pain and day time okay. My TLC was 20000 10 days ago then I take meropenem inj and tejar inj for 5 days. Then TLC now 14000 now but liver SGPT increased. And I vomitted also a lot in a day between medication And muscle pain started extremely after that. And now I feel nausea also and don't feel hungry

Covid positive patient, was on medication and on 12th day felt difficult breathing. Currently hospitalized and on oxygen supplement from 5 days. She's on piperacillin and meropenem injection along with other vitamins. She's tested covid negative yesterday however she feels difficulty breathing even with oxygen supplement. Liver Function Test is normal. She's very weak. Can someone tell me what is her health condition with the above factors and how long does it take for her oxygen levels to improve and breath without any oxygen supplement. Also is the medication provided to her is right for her condition?

Hello doctors, I am 35 years male living in Chennai. I had a recent episode of Cellulitis which affected my left leg severely for which i was hospitalised and treated with combinations of iv fluids and antibiotics like meropenem, teicoplanin, cefina for about 11 days. After which the wounds started healing and the dead skins peeling off. Now i have been put on oral antibiotics (dalacin, nexen, doxy one) for 21 days and multivitamin pills (qnext and bc2a) for 90 days. The problem I have been facing now is that my lower left leg and feet is getting swollen if i have been sitting for a long time. Once i rest keeping the leg elevated, it is becoming normal. Please advise whether this will improve in due course of time or i have to take some specific treatments for this issue. It would be great if i can get some of your valuable inputs on my issue. History of hip replacement on right side in Jan 2020/,no physiotherapy. In 20th May  patient had urinary retention, followed by placement of catheter and test show ing infection. Catheter was for 45days, USG shows thinking of urinary bladder linning. Iv Meropenem given for 10 days, improvement in odour of urine. And clear reports of urinary routine so catheter was removed. But patient still unable to empty full bladder ...slight retention us still present.when u encourage patient or in sitting position she passes urine,put still reduce abdomenal bloating is seen ,it's during first 48hours What can be reason...and can be done more,?

We have done Urine test and in report it says Meropenem (MRP) 24mm Ertapenem (ETP) 24mm Daily taking morning and evening Zypenem 1 GM ING with NS 100ML IV Set After 4 days of continuous taking the pain reduced by 60% If she drinks sufficient water then the pain will be light if not sufficient water taken then the pain is little higher during passing urine and this is the 2nd month post pregnancy and Normal delivery happened on 5th September and the pain started from 25th September so first she took renalka for few days then after test she is taking zypenem 1 mg daily morning and evening and also along with taking Cytralka Just wanted to confirm is it serious or it can be cured? She is also taking barley soaked boiled water morning and evening to flush the infection out. Please suggest is this all fine?

Mine child is 7 months old weight 10 kgs. Had 2 episodes of e-coli was hospitalised and treated. The pus cells were 25-30 hpf then, teated with meropenem and amikacin IV/inj. MCU,DMSA,KUB of kidney Brain were all clear. Again ecoli reappers. He's a baby boy and his current urine culture shows, Pus cells 4-6 hpf and Ecoli 100000 cfu post 2 months hospitalisation. Does he need any medication ? We maintain complete hygeine and no constipation is there. Does medication required ? Can we give cotimoxaloe/nitrofurantoin oral to a boy 7 month old ? Or no medication required except being well hydrated. No symptom of infection observed ever.

My baby 5 months old suffering from VIRAL DIARRHEA as local doctor as where he is admitted had said.Firstly he was passing approx 10 watery stools which was of watery color(pure water) and very bad smell From Yesterday he started passing watery stool which is yellow in color, and water level in stool had quite decreased.Quality of stool slightly improved but number of stools stills remains the same which is 10. Doctor had prescribed some medicines and injections like MIKACIN 100mg Injection, Dexona Injection,Ceftriaxone and Sulbactam Injection, O2ORm,Meropenem Injection Ip 250mg,Racecadotril Suspension, BIFILAC GG 10 Sachet, ORS and 500ml Saline water in 24 hrs. Even spending 4days with these medicines loose motion isn't got stops. Please confirm in how many days loose motion will get stops in this viral diarrhea as my baby had got weak. Please reply with my above questions and also prescribe me some medicines if any needed. Thank you.
