Urinary retention even after treatment
History of hip replacement on right side in Jan 2020/,no physiotherapy. In 20th May  patient had urinary retention, followed by placement of catheter and test show ing infection. Catheter was for 45days, USG shows thinking of urinary bladder linning. Iv Meropenem given for 10 days, improvement in odour of urine. And clear reports of urinary routine so catheter was removed. But patient still unable to empty full bladder ...slight retention us still present.when u encourage patient or in sitting position she passes urine,put still reduce abdomenal bloating is seen ,it's during first 48hours What can be reason...and can be done more,?
