Muscle Pain extreme thigh and shoulders and back. If fold and straight leg also it's paining. Covid test negative 3 days ago. Feeling nausea and weakness. Night throat pain and day time okay. My TLC was 20000 10 days ago then I take meropenem inj and tejar inj for 5 days. Then TLC now 14000 now but liver SGPT increased. And I vomitted also a lot in a day between medication And muscle pain started extremely after that. And now I feel nausea also and don't feel hungry

This looks more of a liver infection as the SGPT:OT ratio has increased. Ideally it should be 1:1 Take a proper consult because liver problems like hepatitis, or steatosis,  if diagnosed early have excelled prognosis
